“Yoga ’’ this very simple word. but it’s makes you proper
perfect in your life .This is the not very but rare we know about it but we are
not doing this . Yoga word comes from yog . Which is related to the meditation
. Nowadays we are very busy and also forget meditation how much affect our life
or lifestyle .When started Vedic yug then everybody wants to connect to our god
but How it’s possible .Then everybody doing meditation or yoga. This the main
mantra of their life . And now we are also forgetting all of the above. We
think that our job is very important in our life but messed up the all the main
topic.
Nowadays we are in very huge problem which is related to our
health . These day everybody suffer different kind of disease . But all
diseases are mainly connected to our stomach , because we are not eating proper
diet or not maintaining the health. And day by day weak our stomach and don’t
digestion any food then we consult the doctor and he also prescribe the proper
medication and we take it properly but some days after as same as previous
situation .
HOW TO GET HEALTHY AND LIVE SAFE OR FRESH LIFE?

Everyday do yoga in morning.

Wake up in early morning.

Run long distance

Always use cycle

Complete the morning walk

Join the gym and practice the different kind of
exercise.

Take fruit salad

Drink water properly
All the above all point is makes you fit
