DAILY DIET

Healthy health is a way to fit ourselves, and this is also necessary for all of us. We need healthy food for our healthy health. Each and every people needs a mentioned rules for eating food, so that our body and heart duos stay well and strong. Hence for this healthiness we can follow a daily diet system every day. Our healthy daily diet be like—

·        Wake up early morning.
·        Wash yourselves with fresh water
·        Drink a glass of water ( you can drink lemon drinks also)
·        Do 60 min to 90 min exercise.
·        Take some time rest
·        Eat chickpeas, nut, milk and egg as breakfast.
·        Eat rice, bread, fish, and meat etc protein mixed food.
·        Eat green vegetable as much as possible.
·        Drink par day 4.5 liter to 6 liter water.
·        Use virgin olive oil when you cooking.
·        Sleep 6 hours per day
·        Drink water after 30 min eating
This like be our daily diet chart. Now we try to know what should not do in our daily routine. Like---
·        Don’t sleep a large time of a day
·        Don’t awake late night.
·        Avoid spicy food.
·        Avoid cholesterol and fat mixed food.
·        Don’t eat fast food regularly.
·        Don’t drinks water when you eat.
Follow the daily diet routine, stay healthy stay fit.
