COVID-19 PHASE

Healthy health is necessary for all of us. Our healthy health can made our future better. In the present time we are going in a era of COVID-19. It’s very dangerous time for human beings.
We noticed that COVID-19 usually attack weak people, who is not healthy or who’s are suffer some disease or illness. So that nowadays our first duty is protect ourselves and destroy the power of COVID-19.
Increase our immunity power is one of the best way to protect ourselves. then the next question is come that how to increasing our immunity power?    For increasing immunity power firstly we need to eat some healthy food. In this situation only healthy food can help us to live, and also protect ourselves. Healthy food like-green vegetables (like- spinach, carrot, bitter-melon, collar, cabbage, beetroot, cress, lettuce, chard etc,). Even we can drinks some healthy juice, like- fruit or vegetable juice. As like-apple juice, carrot juice, orange juice, papaya, pine apple, sugar-cane , lemon , beet juice etc. this are very testy, healthy  and also necessary food for us. In this time with eating healthy food and drinks, one thinks also we remember that reject some first food and spicy food etc.

Eat simple and healthy homemade foods.  Stay home, stay safe.
