‘Health is
wealth’ is a common and very old proverb, which expresses a very simple meaning
by comparing the value of health with wealth. It denotes that health of a
person is actual wealth, not money. Health is almost important for each and
every people to live a beautiful life. A healthy people can spend his/her life
happily and peacefully.
We should take some step for our healthy
health. Like-
11. Takes good food and dietary
supplement.
22. Doing exercise, walking and jogging every morning.
33. Drinking enough water in a whole day.
44. Drink some healthy fruits juice.
55. Do timely breakfast, lunch, dinner.
66. Always be feet yourselves to be stay
a healthy health.
77. Eat some green vegetables or fruits
to gain energy.
88. We should clean ourselves all time or
also we clean our society cam environment.
So healthy health is our wealth and we have a responsibility to save our
health safe fully.
