STAY FIT WITH NATURE

“FITNESS WITH NATURE” this sentence may be sounds good, because everyone wants to live with nature and uses also herbal product but few reasons we don’t connect with nature. Because everywhere available lots of chemical based thing viz- soap, food, medicines, etc. Our daily life consumption we addicted with these chemical based things, because of these things are also available very easily. But nowadays when we addicted with these things and realize these are the things is very harmful  for us, then we also found herbal product in the daily consumption things but now these time it’s very hard to find in the market , but some of ayurveda shop is also available.
Now everybody wants to know which things are including in the nature product , some of things you know and we provide some things which things how to work for which disease.
Let us know about these:-

1.       NEEM: - Weekly assumption its makes your antigen is more strong. And also refine your blood, and makes you fit.
2.       TULSI:-Daily assumption tulsi leaf 2 or more makes your antibody is stronger. It’s also work when you are in fever and cough problem.
3.       BASAK: - When you suffer very old coughing problem then you can eat leaf of basak with honey.
4.       HONEY: - Regular eat/drink honey with hot water in the morning you lose your fat and control your cholesterol.
5.       LEMON: - Everyday drink one lemon juice its makes your immunity system is more strong. And also burn your fat.
6.       BRAHMI: - If you forget something and you fall in problem then you can eat the BRAHMI.For short time memory lose.
7.       GERLIC: - If you fall regularly illness and pain your whole body then you can eat 2 or more garlic in the morning.
8.       GINGER: - When your throat swallowing you can eat small bite of ginger.
9.       KALMEGH: - If you suffer diabetes and you also high diabetic patient then you can assume kalmegh leaf and you will be fit in few months but you can also take it regularly in morning.
10.   ONION: - If you eat onion daily then your eye vision will be very fine. And if you onion juice rub your scalp you relief from baldness.
