DIABETES
In the
present era Diabetes is a big disease, day by day its increase gradually.
Approx 40% people suffer in this disease. It’s has no age limit. 20 to 90 all
ages many people suffering for diabetes. Diabetes has cause; symptom for that
we know about it, and it’s also has treatment for recover ourselves.
Diabetes
means increase sugar or doesn’t produce enough insulin in blood. We can call-
type1 and type 2.
Type-1:- its
means that the level of glucose in blood too high or increase
the glucose in blood. And the other side
Type-2:- its means that when our body doesn’t
make enough insulin or reduce insulin in blood.
COUSE OF DIABETES:--
1. Increase the glucose level in blood.
2. Doesn’t make enough insulin.
3. Irregular eating
4. Increase body weight. Etc.
This are the cause of diabetes.
SYMPTOM OF DIABETES:-
1. Urine frequently and it’s can
increase day by day.
2. Enhance food habit.
3. Water thirst increase.
4. Weight loss or increase.
5. The vision becomes blurring.
6. Feeling fatigued.
7. Old people get out of control.
8. Feeling unhappiness.
These are the symptom of diabetes disease. When we see or
feel this symptoms we can visit doctors for treatment the disease, as soon as
possible. Nowadays many ways has to cure the disease.
TREATMENT OF DIABETES:-
We know diabetes has two types, so there treatment also be
different.
Type-1:- for this type treatments are –
1. At first our first duty is a glucose
test in blood, for measure the glucose level in blood. Then visit doctors.
2. As per doctors interaction have to
take medications
3. Get injections for reduce the glucose
level in blood.
4. Eat protein mixed food as much as
possible.
5. Avoid eating sugar, sweets etc.
6. Avoid to eat fruits and vegetable
below ground(like- potato, carrot, beets etc)
7. Use nyantara, kalmegh leafs for reduce diabetes.
8. Eat rice more than bread.
Type-2:-for this type treatment-
1. Firstly we have to do a glucose test,
for knowing about glucose level then we go to doctors.
2. As per doctors suggestions have to
take medicine.
3. Have to take injection for produce
insulin in blood.
4. Eat egg, milk, fish, and meat etc protein
mixed food.
5. Eat green vegetable as much as
possible.
6. Keep a measuring device at home and
have to measure diabetes after a week
7. If sudden the insulin level in blood
too low then eat some rosgollas, sweets.
8. Try to obey this rule.
