DIGESTION AND DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

“DIGESTION” This word is very important of our life. Day by day 80% people are suffering with digestion problem and acidity, because we don’t follow daily Proper diet system. If we follow some steps and take it in our life we should definitely do some for healthy life. Kids to old man everyone suffer with digestion problem its make many more problem in our life and fill uneasy in our daily regular life. Sometimes few people fall with different kind of disease.

Digestion problems transformed in acidity and then ulcer and then it would becomes Cancer in your stomach and these is very big problem of our life, and it would be increase and makes a big disease.
Above the all theses we read as usual and think, How to relief from these disease?

1.       Daily wake up morning and take lemon juice with hot water.
2.       Daily jogging and cross 1 km/day.
3.       Eat salad regularly.
4.       Daily morning drink Trifola Ras with huge quantity of water.
5.       Eat daily healthy food which is cooking with virgin olive oil and boiled food.
6.       Daily drink 4.5 to 6 lit of water.
7.       Don’t eat fast food regularly.
8.       Always try to eat less spicy food and try to eat current baked food.
9.       You can drink water after 30 min of eating food.
10.   If feel uneasy and illness then you can definitely contact your doctor and follow his/her prescription and do that which he/she says.
 All of the point is saw you how to relief from the digestion problem.
