SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
CONSUMPTION is bad for health, it caused to be death. These things are everyone
knows that but some peoples don’t follow these. Day by day 80% peoples are
addicting with these in all over the world. But these are all the people could
not listen these and follow these. Every day smoking and alcohol consumption,
it will be cause of cancer and one day finish all the life and death.
If you will
smoking regularly then your throat will be jam and releasing more cough and jam
your lungs and block the lungs system then it becomes asthma, because your
lungs will be fill the carbon which is one day infect the lungs and becomes whooping
cough and it becomes cancer.
And also
same as the side of alcohol consumption regularly it will affect your whole
body system and slow the all body parts and destroyed the all neurons and
nerves system. One day it becomes cirrhosis and whole blood circulation is
block with alcohol traces.
How to
relief from these?
First of all
if you are chain smoker and drinker and you feel uneasy then you definitely
contact your doctor and follow his/her prescription and dietary plan.
1. Stop smoking and alcohol consumption.
2. If you addicted with these please
admit yourselves rehabilitation centre.
3. Eat daily lemon juice regularly.
4. Meditate yourselves. (some kind of
meditation which is makes concentrate the whole mind set and control
yourselves)
5. Always makes distance with the man
who smoking and drinking alcohol.
