NIGHT BLINDNESS

“NIGHT BLINDNESS” is a type of vision impairment also known as nyctalopia. Some people with night blindness experience poor vision at deep black night and dimly lit environments. It more difficult for seeing and driving at dimly lit environment. It cause low assumption of vitamin-A. It also affects the retina’s rod cell.
Vitamin-A is retinol, plays a role in transforming nerve impulses into images in the retina. It may be transformed by genetic order wise.

SYMPTOMS:- Some of cause and symptoms have to see in night blindness which is described briefly below.
1.     Headache.
2.     Eye pain.
3.     Nausea.
4.     Vomiting.
5.     Blurry, cloudy vision.
6.     Sensitivity to seeing light.


TREATMENT:- If you feel these kinds of situation and symptoms then you contact your eye specialist and treat yourselves and follow their prescription and advice.
1.     Eat timely vitamin-A based food and medicines (which is prescribed your doctor)
2.     Eat cantaloupes, carrot, pumpkins, butternut squash, and mangoes regularly.
3.     Eat spinach, collard greens and egg.
4.     Drink milk at bed time.
