ANEMIA

“ANEMIA” is a condition in which the blood does not have enough healthy RED BLOOD CELL, Anemia results from a lack of red blood cells or dysfunctional red blood cell in the body. Anemia is defined as a low number of red blood cell in routine blood test, it’s reported as a low amount of hemoglobin and hematocrit and hemoglobin is a main component of blood it carries oxygen in the blood cell. When its level is low then saw some weakness and disease.
Around one third of the world’s population has form of Anemia, according to many more articles.

TYPE OF ANEMIA:- There are four type of Anemia.
1.     Aplastic anemia.
2.     Folic acid deficiency anemia.
3.     Hemolytic anemia.
4.     Sickle cell anemia.

SYMPTOMS:- There have lots of symptoms which is describe briefly in below.
1.     Pale skin.
2.     A fast or irregular heartbeat.
3.     Shortness of breath.
4.     Chest pain.
5.     Headache.
6.     Malaise.
7.     Brittle nails.

TREATMENT:- Treatment depends on the underlying diagnosis, iron supplement can be used for iron deficiency. Vitamin-B used for low vitamin level and increases disease immune system.
1.     Eat medicine properly (which prescribed by doctor).
2.     Drink water more than 6 litres.
3.     Eat vitamin and protein based food.
4.     Eat fruit regularly.
5.     Eat green vegetables.
6.     Drink milk at bed time.
7.     Increase sleeping time.
